About Restore - Dispensing HAPPINESS Through Service

Founded in 2018, Restore Dispensaries is a premier multi-state medical marijuana dispensary dedicated to providing state-eligible patients with responsible, compassionate care through marijuana-based medicine.

About The Role

The Key Holder serves as a shift supervisor and operational leader within the dispensary. This role is responsible for all Dispensary Associate duties while also overseeing daily administrative and supervisory functions.

Key Holders help drive and inspire the storefront team, maintain strict inventory controls, and ensure regulatory compliance in a highly regulated environment.

This position reports directly to the Assistant Dispensary Manager (ADM) and Store Manager. This is a full-time leadership position requiring availability to work a flexible and rotating schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Set or fixed schedules are not available for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays; set schedules are not available for this role. Act as shift supervisor, ensuring smooth daily dispensary operations Perform all Dispensary Associate duties, including reception, register/drawer, and fulfillment shifts Greet patients, verify credentials, and maintain patient flow Coordinate and oversee opening and closing procedures in accordance with SOPs Support timely and accurate transactions at the point of service Maintain compliance with all state regulations and company policies Coordinate inventory tasks, assist with counts, and monitor product organization Assist with employee shift coordination and communication during assigned shifts Ensure strict adherence to cash handling procedures and drawer accountability This candidate should be able to follow directions on opening and closing procedures, as well as take direction from their management team Address and escalate operational concerns to management as needed Support fulfillment of in-store, call-ahead, and online orders Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready environment Lead by example in delivering exceptional patient service

Required Qualifications

Experience in retail leadership, shift supervision, or similar management roles Strong customer service background Cash handling experience with high accuracy Working knowledge of medical marijuana products and their potential benefits Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to follow structured procedures while remaining solution-oriented Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
