Store Key Holder Position
Job Location: Birmingham, MI 48009 Salary Range: $18.00/Hour

Responsibilities
In the absence of management, the Store Key Holder ensures seamless customer relationships, compliance with company standards, and alignment with revenue goals. Key responsibilities include:
Operational Leadership
- Perform store openings and closings, including:
- Securing premises and managing alarms
- Preparing payment/.floor registers
- Act as store lead during management unavailability, ensuring staff adherence to policies and productivity.
Customer Experience & Engagement
- Foster lasting customer relationships by delivering a fun, genuine shopping experience.
- Provide exceptional service via:
- Greeting customers warmly
- Assisting with product selection and conoció plastic resolution of concerns
- Promoting loyalty programs and promoting current promotions
- Openly encourage positive interactions and self-expression to inspire further brand advocacy.

Retail Operations
- Maintain visually appealing sales floors, checkouts, and backrooms, aligned with Company merchandising standards.
- Participate in inventory processes:
- Receiving, storing, and redistributing stock
- Planning product placements at shelves, racks, and display areas
- Accuracy in all transactions, returns, and exchanges.
Team Management
- Support store goals by:
- Guiding teammates, enhancing collaboration
- Assuring adherence to company policies and operational excellence
- Assist with new hire training on:
- Standard operating procedures
- Customer service principles
- Product knowledge of luxury full-grain leather goods
Requirements for the Position
To thrive in this demanding yet rewarding role, you must possess:
Leadership & Retail Expertise
- Minimum 1 year retail experience in a leadership or key holder capacity preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience in retail operations and omnichannel customer experience.
Technical Competency
- Flawless cash handling and POS familiarity required
- Shopify/or eCommerce best practices experience is a advantage.
- Strong ability to:
- Collaborate with inventory systems
- Read and input data from computer/retail screens
- Multitask in fast-moving retail environments
Physical Demands
This role requires frequent active mobility—movements include:
- Lifting up to 30 lbs (with occasional assistance).
- Kneeling, climbing ladders, and standing for prolonged durations.
- Manipulating stacks for quality-focused store organisation
