Are you proactive and passionate about innovation and providing a high-quality approach to the care of people who need mental health support?

We are seeking a Lead Clinician on a full-time basis, to support others in leading our mental health and wellbeing hub in Cowley. You will work in an integrated MH setting with colleagues from primary care, mental health services, including the voluntary and community sector, to improve support for those with mental health issues.

As part of our services across Oxfordshire we have established Keystone Mental Health hubs to support GP practices with Mental Health assessment and support for patients in their communities.

If you are an experienced band 7 or similar who is looking for a new challenge in a service that offers early intervention for people who need mental health support. You will have demonstratable leadership qualities, as well as working as part of an MDT & with internal & external stakeholders.

If you recognise the longstanding gap between Primary Care and traditional secondary care mental health services for patients and are an experienced community MH professional, we look forward to receiving your application.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
