We’re looking for energetic, committed and confident self-employed coaches to lead a range of children’s activities—including football parties, holiday camps and weekly sessions—while delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.

Powerleague is the UK’s original and largest provider of small-sided football. Our state-of-the-art pitches and venues serve as a community hub, bringing people together to play, connect and grow. Within our Venue Operations, we run over 350 football leagues weekly, accommodating all customers’ needs—through 5-, 6- or 7-a-side games.

🚀 What You’ll Do
- Lead fun, engaging, and age-appropriate football sessions for children.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants.
- Support with events such as birthday parties, holiday camps, and community programmes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to children, parents, and visitors.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety, safeguarding, and venue standards at all times.

🧠 What You’ll Need
- Availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and during school holidays.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check for this role.
- An FA Level 1 or Level 2 qualification.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
- Knowledge and sensitivity to child development and their needs.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and support children of varying ages.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic First Aid certification (or a commitment to obtain one).
