Job Title: KidStrong Coach
Center: Littleton
Reports To: General Manager / Assistant General Manager
Compensation: $20 per hour
Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping kids grow? Do you love creating fun and engaging experiences for children? If so, KidStrong wants you to join our team as a KidStrong Coach! As a Coach, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering our dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.
What You’ll Do
- Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
- Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair.
- Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs
- Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class – you’re the reason they love KidStrong!
- Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here!
- Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.
- Master of all: Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for

Center Operations
- Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker.
- Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness.
We Want To Hear From People Who Have a
- Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.
- Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old. If you’ve coached a herd of cats, you’re overqualified and also why did you do that?
- Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner Oprah.
- Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
- Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
CPR Certified: Or Willingness to get it. Safety First!

KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.
