We are looking for a high-energy Flagship Assistant Store Manager to lead the Carnaby Crew and shape the retail team of the future. 🚀
What You’ll Do
⚡ Dynamic Co-Pilot: Partner closely with the Store Manager to run a high-performing flagship, manage team schedules, and effortlessly step in to lead operations. ⚡ Digital Face of the Brand: Empower and lead our social media channels. You are highly active on digital platforms, obsessed with lifestyle trends, and ready to drive in-store content creation. 🎙 Brew Bar & Podcast Host: Own our dual-purpose lounge and podcast studio! You’ll support influencer events, manage high-spec camera/sound equipment, and keep the space event-ready. 📊 Next-Gen Clienteling: Maximize our digital beauty tech and tablet systems to capture customer data, greet repeat visitors by name, and curate bespoke skincare routines. 👥 Coach & Inspire: Actively train, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of Skin Pros to deliver world-class storytelling and flawless brand standards.
