Kit and Equipment Supervisor - AWFC
The Role
We are looking for a Kit and Equipment Supervisor to ensure a seamless service is delivered across Arsenal Women FC.
In this exciting role, you'll work closely with our Kit and Equipment Assistant and play a vital role in enabling our players to focus on their performance by providing support across all kit and equipment areas both on and off the pitch.

Your day-to-day
- Oversee all kit and equipment needs - you'll be entrusted to manage all kit and equipment needs for players and staff across Arsenal Women FC, ensuring kit requirements for training sessions are organised and all equipment is prepared and ready for each session, including a schedule of daily kit tasks at the training ground
- Manage inventory - you will order, organise and distribute training and match kit to all players and staff
- Adhere to competition kit regulations - you'll take responsibility for printing match kit in compliance with competition regulations, working with our Club Secretary to ensure all matchday kit selections meet the required standards
- Provide critical matchday support - you will drive our kit van and attend all home and away matches and work around team schedules as required, and you will diligently prepare and set out the dressing rooms at the training ground and at all fixtures
- Uphold our high standards - you'll ensure all kit requests are efficiently managed, and you will use our club systems to accurately record and monitor stock levels of training and match kit
- Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders - you will work closely with a diverse range of colleagues across our club and have input into key operational meetings, and you'll work effectively with kit suppliers and partners when required
- Take a proactive approach - you'll show proactiveness in relation to staff and player kit needs, ensuring any new personnel have all necessary required kit in order to hit the ground running
- Act as a proud ambassador for our club - you will seek to embody our club values and adhere to a strict code of confidentiality in respect of any information relating to our club and its operations

What we are looking for
- Background in elite sport - you've previously worked in a kit-focused role within an elite sporting environment
- Natural teamplayer - you thrive when you're operating within a multidisciplinary team and when you're collaborating with a diverse range of colleagues across multiple departments
- Organised and adaptable approach - you're proud of your administrative skills as well as your ability to work across a number of workstreams concurrently and to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Flexible mindset - you've got a willingness to work flexibly and you're comfortable working across evenings and weekends, in order to play a vital matchday role
- Understanding of safeguarding and health & safety - you have good knowledge of safeguarding policies and best practice, and you possess an understanding of health & safety and its application to a sporting environment
- IT skills - you're competent with Microsoft Excel and Word, and you are able to pick up new systems and platforms with relative ease
- Confident and licensed driver - you hold a full clean driving licence for driving our club's kit van, and you also have access to your own transport
