Role Purpose
We're looking for an experienced culinary professional ready to move into a dynamic administration role within a busy events company. This position is ideal for someone with a strong kitchen background who is eager to apply their food industry knowledge in a new context.

About The Role
Working normal office hours, you will act as the key link between front-of-house operations and kitchen teams, providing administrative support to Executive Chefs and department heads. Your culinary expertise will be put to use in a variety of operational and strategic tasks across the business.
- Manage kitchen administration and event coordination
- Provide operational and administrative support
- Maintain accurate reporting and cost control
- Coordinate event documentation and communication
- Support tasting and menu development process
- Ensure effective document management and compliance
What we're looking for
- Solid background in professional kitchen environments
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence working with administrative and digital systems
- Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

What's on offer
- Up to £15 per hour depending on experience
- Casual contract — typically 30–40 hours per week based on business needs
- Office-based working hours (Monday to Friday)
