The Role

The Kitchen Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the culinary department, ensuring smooth operations and high professional standards. This role will provide essential administrative support to the entire culinary team, coordinate with other departments, and ensure that compliance standards and confidentiality are consistently maintained. The Kitchen Administrator plays a vital role in contributing to the overall success of the culinary outlets and the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all administrative functions related to the kitchen, including record keeping, inventory maintenance, supply orders, and food costs.
  • Support the senior Chefs to ensure that all dishes have standardised recipes with costings and technical sheets.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new associates and support with any additional administrative needs, such as scheduling and training.
  • Contribute to departmental meetings, ensuring follow-through on key action points and any reporting requirements.
  • Work alongside the senior Chefs to review and update culinary procedures and best practices.
  • Coordinate communication between culinary and other hotel departments to ensure efficient operations and excellence in guest experience.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment open to feedback.
  • Promote and support Rosewood Impacts, the company commitment to sustainable practises and circular hospitality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
