Kitchen Assistant

We are now recruiting for our 2026 season across various roles on our beautiful Lincolnshire based holiday park, join our large team of hospitality professionals today.

Location: Tattershall Lakes Country Park, Lincolnshire

Salary: £12.71

Job type: Seasonal

About The Role

We’re looking for a kitchen assistant who can deliver delight to our holiday resort guests. You will be helping the kitchen team to run a safe, efficient and profitable food and beverage operation. Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided. A can-do attitude and attention to detail are essential. Being available to work evenings and weekends including bank holidays are also essential.

Outdoor Catering is the flavour and fun behind unforgettable holidays—fast-paced, ever-changing, and full of energy. We have our brand new 60ft shipping container hub bringing together our top outlets in one epic destination! Serving up Filthy Fries, Dirty Dogs, and more along with Sweet Treats.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Working in the engine room of the kitchen ensuring guests receive a memorable experience through excellent service and food quality.
  • Prepping and cooking in all areas of the kitchen.
  • Ensuring presentation of menu items to a high standard.
  • Ensuring the food preparation areas, equipment and floors are clean and hygienic.
  • Accepting deliveries, ensuring ingredients are stored correctly and date rotated.
  • Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare other items on the menu.
  • Working alongside front of house and kitchen team to maximise food margins and minimise wastage.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and COSHH regulations.
