Job Description: Kitchen Assistant (White Hart, Edinburgh)
About the Role
As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our culinary team, ensuring our busiest kitchens run like a well-oiled operation. You’ll stock, prep, and maintain cleanliness—giving our chefs the freedom to craft restaurant-quality dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside the kitchen team to keep service fast, smooth, and stress-free
- Maintain high hygiene standards and safety compliance (we take food safety seriously!)
- Stock, organise, and replenish ingredients so the kitchen never runs dry
- Support the team by communicating effectively and ensuring everyone has what they need to shine
