We’re looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll help by:
- Acting as the link between the main kitchen and our residents
- Assisting chefs to plate meals, prepare food trolleys, and maintain clean and tidy preparation areas
- Monitoring stock rotation, compliance with company policies, and adhering to mandatory COSHH and HACCP guidelines
- Supporting special events, such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties

Required Skills & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- A passion for food and previous kitchen experience (or willingness to learn)
- A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- A commitment to delivering ** Outstanding service** at every meal
- An understanding of maintaining high home standards for a pleasant dining experience
- Strong communication skills and a cheerful approach when engaging with residents and colleagues
