We’re looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our residents.


Key Responsibilities

You’ll help by:

  • Acting as the link between the main kitchen and our residents
  • Assisting chefs to plate meals, prepare food trolleys, and maintain clean and tidy preparation areas
  • Monitoring stock rotation, compliance with company policies, and adhering to mandatory COSHH and HACCP guidelines
  • Supporting special events, such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties

Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • A passion for food and previous kitchen experience (or willingness to learn)
  • A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
  • A commitment to delivering ** Outstanding service** at every meal
  • An understanding of maintaining high home standards for a pleasant dining experience
  • Strong communication skills and a cheerful approach when engaging with residents and colleagues
