About the Role

Are you a Kitchen Assistant with a flair for baking, compassion formake-ahead desserts, and an eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced environment? This weekend role ensures our kitchen runs seamlessly during peak service, helping the team and customers.

As our Cake-a-Tier and Dessert Chef, your responsibilities will include:

  • Stocking, cleaning, and prepping: Restocking ingredients, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring the kitchen and team are always ready for action.
  • Supporting the team: Providing clarity, preparing desserts, and helping the culinary team meet our high standards.
  • Upholding safety: Ensuring our kitchen adheres to strict health, safety, and food hygiene regulations to keep both staff and guests safe.

Your Responsibilities

You’ll be pivotal in ensuring that: ✔ Our dessert menus are perfectly executed and ready for guests. ✔ The kitchen is well-organized, hygienic, and efficient. ✔ Your team has everything they need to deliver excellence. ✔ Safety protocols are consistently followed, minimising risks in our workspace.


What You’ll Need

No bakery experience required—but you’ll bring enormous heart, adaptability, and a desire to succeed. While prior culinary or dessert-making skills are helpful, our training will equip you!
