Kitchen Assistant

## Kitchen Assistant – Defence Services

We’re seeking a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Defence, contracted to 35 hours per week on a long-term basis.

You’ll be part of a committed team that prides itself on delivering exceptional food, maintaining our brand standards, and most importantly, valuing every member of our team. ## About the Role

Our Kitchen Assistant is the heartbeat of our team, playing a vital role in ensuring our clients and customers receive delicious, high-quality food every time. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where teamwork and personal progress are highly valued.


## Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing delightful, high-quality food that exceeds customer expectations
  • Maintaining strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen and surrounding areas
  • Ensuring all machinery and equipment is used correctly and safely
  • Assisting with loading/unloading deliveries and supplies
  • Representing Defence’s brand image with professionalism and positivity
  • Compliance with Food Safety and Hygiene regulations
  • Adherence to Health & Safety protocols
