Kitchen Assistant – Back of House Role
One of the UK’s leading hospitality businesses is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join their energetic team.

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen including dishwashing and sanitising food prep areas
- Ensure line chefs have all necessary supplies to create high-quality food
- Work collaboratively to support team efficiency and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Promptly report issues and maintain professional standards

Minimum Requirements
- Strong people skills – able to provide excellent customer service
- Quick problem-solving and multitasking – thrive in fast-paced environments
- Positive attitude – adaptable to early/morning shifts
- Proven flexibility – prepared for 3am starts where required
- Reference history – 5 years of work, education, or personal references available
- Criminal record check approval requested in line with industry standards
