Kitchen Assistant
Kitchen Assistant – Full-Time (35 Hours Per Week)
We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Defence, a valued division of Compass Group UK&I. You’ll be the backbone of our food service operation, delivering excellent dishes to a diverse range of clients, including UK military establishments, government security, and energy sector sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensuring kitchen cleanliness for food safety standards
- Proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Logistics support:
- Assisting with inventory, deliveries, and supply coordination

- Food Handling & Hygiene regulations
- Health & Safety protocols
