About the Role We are seeking a reliable, passionate and organised individual to join our team as a kitchen assistant in the health & social care sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the chef to prepare healthy, balanced meals and snacks, while understanding dietary requirements and allergens.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen, aligning with COSHH and health & safety regulations.
- Collaborate as part of a team but demonstrate the ability to work independently when required.
- Provide support, communication, and engagement to residents.
About You
You don’t need prior care experience—previous catering or food service roles are advantageous if you’re willing to learn. We’re looking for:
- Prior knowledge of food safety and COSHH.
- A caring, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual.
- The ability to show empathy for the needs of others.
