About the Kitchen Assistant Role
As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive high-quality, nutritionally beneficial meals that enhance their health, wellbeing, and enjoyment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs in planning, preparing, and delivering stunning meals for our residents
- Ensure proper dietary labelling to meet individual resident requirements
- Minimise food wastage while maintaining high standards
- Comply with COSHH and Health & Safety regulations
About You – Ideal Candidates
We’re looking for proactive, passionate individuals who want to make a real difference. You should be:
- Experienced or trained as a Kitchen Assistant (or similar role)
- Strong in food safety knowledge
- Friendly, approachable, and a great team player
- Familiar with COSHH and Health & Safety protocols
- Passionate about the care sector (advantageous but not required)
