Job Description
As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a key part in the kitchen, ensuring that a busy service runs smoothly. Your role includes:
- Stocking the kitchen efficiently to keep operations running well.
- Ensuring the kitchen remains clean and well-organised at all times.
- Supporting the team by making sure they have everything they need to create perfect dishes for our customers.
Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Porter, you will:
- Help the kitchen service run smoothly by ensuring it is well-stocked and clean.
- Manage the pot wash section, ensuring all plates and dishes are clean and ready for service.
- Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to guarantee the safety of the entire team and visitors.
- Communicate clearly with the team, ensuring everyone has what they need when they need it.
