Location: Longleat Forest Salary: £12.87 per hour + average of £3.07 per hour in shared tips*

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to start their culinary journey while contributing to our relaxed, team-orientated dining environment. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and eagerness to learn are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Work effectively as part of a team, under minimal supervision
- Adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines

Working Hours
- Operating hours: 7 days a week, 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Contract: Full-time
- Shifts: Between 8:00 AM and 10:30 PM
- Hourly commitment: Guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over 4 weeks, with additional shifts possible
- Flexibility required: Early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
