Kitchen Assistant
As a Kitchen Assistant, you're a key part of the team that keeps everything ticking — from prepping veg and supporting the chefs to making sure our kitchen is spotless and safe. You don’t need tons of experience — just a great attitude, a love for food, and a strong work ethic.
Reporting to: General Manager
Contract: Full-time & Part-time available
Pay: €14.15–€14.50 per hour depending on experience and role
What You’ll Be Doing
- Versatile Team Player – Help the kitchen get set up for the day, support with prep, and jump in wherever needed.
- Hygiene Hero – Follow our cleaning checklists and make sure every surface, piece of kit and corner of the kitchen is spotless.
- Process Perfection – Stick to our prep procedures and kitchen SOPs, making sure everything is efficient and running smoothly.
- Food Safety – Follow food safety rules to the letter, ensuring we meet the highest hygiene and allergen safety standards.
- Health & Safety – Support your GM in keeping the kitchen a safe, well-run space.
- All Hands On Deck – You’re ready to help the wider team during busy times, especially the lunch rush.
