About the Role
Primary responsibilities of the Kitchen Assistant include sustaining fast, smooth service. You’ll support the kitchen team by ensuring stock levels, cleanliness, and team coordination. Helping to create unforgettable dining experiences that keep customers coming back—plus the grateful warmth of a home-cooked pub fave.
What You’ll Do
As part of the kitchen brassey, you will:
- Stock and clean: Keep the kitchen organised, equipped, and sanitary for a flawless service.
- Uphold standards: Maintain top-tier hygiene and comply with food safety regulations to protect team and guest wellbeing.
- Communicate effectively: Liaise with colleagues to relay needs, share updates, and support team workflow.
