Kitchen Assistant

Chartwells are seeking a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis (40 hours per week), contracted to 42 weeks per year.

You will become the heart of our operation by joining a team that takes pride in their work, food, brand, and people. Chartwells invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and recognises employees who go beyond the plate.

With shifts running:

  • Mon: Full-time (Days)
  • Tues: Full-time (Days)
  • Wed: Full-time (Days)
  • Thurs: Full-time (Days)
  • Fri: Full-time (Days)
  • Sat & Sun: As required

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen and surrounding areas
  • Ensuring the correct use of all machinery and equipment
  • Assisting with the loading or unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles
  • Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Complying with:
    • Food Handling & Hygiene standards
    • Health & Safety regulations
