Role Accountabilities

- Has relationships with relevant functions to support the Development process activity.
Customer:
- Supports hospitality for customer and high-profile visits.

Facilities:
- Ensures kitchen facilities, hygiene and maintenance are kept to an agreed standard in accordance with the required health and safety procedures.
Job Description:
- Has strong relationships with factory operatives, Process and QA to support with ingredient and sample collation.
- Collation/collection of ingredients from all areas of the factory
- Collation/collection of packaging from all areas of the factory
- Collation/collection of finished goods from all areas of the factory
- Decanting of materials from deliveries (must be comfortable lifting and moving up to 20kg)
- Stock rotation and replenishment
- Pot washing duties
- General kitchen cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping and deck scrubbing
- Supporting chefs in panel room general maintenance including replenishment of tasting equipment and waste management
- All duties carried out following required health and safety procedures
- Basic computer literacy for writing and printing labels, top sheets and updating raw materials databases (Microsoft Word & Excel predominantly)
