About the Role
As a Line Chef at Hungry Horse, you’ll be a pivotal member of the kitchen team, ensuring that service runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibility lies in maintaining an organised, stocked, and clean kitchen environment that supports the entire team to deliver outstanding dishes to customers. Whether it’s a busy footy match or a family celebration, you’ll help make every experience memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the kitchen remains well-stocked, clean, and fully operational during service.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, adhering to strict kitchen regulations to protect both the team and customers.
- Facilitate clear communication within the team, ensuring all staff have the tools and resources they need to excel.
- Support the head chef or senior members in operating a fast-paced kitchen under pressure.
