About the Role
If you’re passionate about providing a great customer experience, join us as a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Consultant. You’ll help customers design and create spaces that make a real difference in their homes, from the very first conversation in our showroom to visiting them at home.
You’ll take the time to understand what matters to them, offer tailored product advice, and apply your design knowledge to bring their ideas to life. Each project is unique, and every project matters. You’ll own the full customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the full Wickes customer journey across all channels, treating every customer with consistent attention.
- Convert prospects into satisfied customers by finding the best design and budget solutions for them and proactively generate leads in your showroom.
- Create inspiring and functional designs using Wickes’ design tools, refining ideas in close partnership with customers.
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure adherence to high standards of presentation.
- Stay organised and proactive, keeping customers updated and communicating progress clearly.
- Ensure full compliance with all company policies, including finance, GDPR, and health & safety standards.

<Qualifications -- Some previous experience using design tools would be desirable, though familiarity with tools like AutoCAD or Photoshop would be an advantage.
