About the Role

Are you an experienced Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter looking for a stable, well-structured role with a great work-life balance and the opportunity to make a real difference?

In this role, you’ll carry out high-quality kitchen and bathroom installations within customers’ homes, helping us maintain and improve properties that people rely on every day.


💰 Benefits

🔧 Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing planned maintenance and improvement works in customers’ homes
  • Completing multi-trade tasks, including:
    • Carpentry
    • Plumbing
    • Plastering
    • Flooring (including sheet vinyl)
    • Decorating
    • General repair work
  • Delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient work, prioritising first-time fixes
  • Providing professional, customer-focused service and keeping customers informed
  • Using tools, materials, and equipment responsibly, maintaining them in good condition
  • Collaborating with team members and contractors to meet targets
  • Identifying and reporting safeguarding or property concerns

🧪 Requirements

Key Skills & Qualifications

You will need:

  • Expertise in fitting kitchens and bathrooms, including:
    • Carpentry
    • Plumbing
    • Plastering
    • Tiling
    • Painting
    • Laying sheet vinyl flooring
  • Experience repairing:
    • Floorboards
    • Boxing in pipes
    • 1st and 2nd fix pipework
    • Fitting new showers
    • Skimming walls & ceilings
    • Painting surfaces to a high standard
  • Professional pride in work, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and to high standards
  • Relevant qualifications such as:
    • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
    • Industry experience in plumbing, carpentry, roofing, or wet trades

Additional Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Basic DBS check (arranged by Bromford)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Original copies of qualifications must be provided
