In this role, you’ll carry out high-quality kitchen and bathroom installations within customers’ homes, helping us maintain and improve properties that people rely on every day.

- £35,824.25 per year, with annual review

🔧 Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing planned maintenance and improvement works in customers’ homes
- Completing multi-trade tasks, including:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Plastering
- Flooring (including sheet vinyl)
- Decorating
- General repair work
- Delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient work, prioritising first-time fixes
- Providing professional, customer-focused service and keeping customers informed
- Using tools, materials, and equipment responsibly, maintaining them in good condition
- Collaborating with team members and contractors to meet targets
- Identifying and reporting safeguarding or property concerns
🧪 Requirements
Key Skills & Qualifications
You will need:
- Expertise in fitting kitchens and bathrooms, including:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Plastering
- Tiling
- Painting
- Laying sheet vinyl flooring
- Experience repairing:
- Floorboards
- Boxing in pipes
- 1st and 2nd fix pipework
- Fitting new showers
- Skimming walls & ceilings
- Painting surfaces to a high standard
- Professional pride in work, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and to high standards
- Relevant qualifications such as:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Industry experience in plumbing, carpentry, roofing, or wet trades

Additional Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic DBS check (arranged by Bromford)
- Right to work in the UK
- Original copies of qualifications must be provided
