As part of our team, you’ll carry out high-quality kitchen and bathroom installations within customers’ homes, helping us maintain and improve the properties our customers rely on every day.
💰 What You’ll Get
- £35,824.25 per year with annual review
- 27 days annual leave + bank holidays (option to buy/sell up to 5 days)

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out a range of planned maintenance and improvement works in customers’ homes.
- Completing multi-trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, flooring, decorating, and general repairs.
- Delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently, aiming for first-time fixes wherever possible.
- Providing a professional, customer-focused service and keeping customers informed throughout works.
- Using materials, tools, and equipment responsibly and maintaining them in good condition.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and contractors to achieve team and service targets.
- Identifying and reporting any safeguarding or property concerns where appropriate.

🧩 What We’re Looking For
- Expertise in fitting kitchens and bathrooms, with skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting, and laying sheet vinyl flooring
- Experience repairing floorboards, boxing in pipes, completing 1st and 2nd fix pipe work, fitting new showers, skimming walls and ceilings, and painting surfaces to a high standard
- A professional who takes pride in their work and ensures all tasks are completed promptly and to high standards
- Relevant technical qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, or relevant industry experience in plumbing, carpentry, roofing, or wet trades
Additional Requirements
- A Full UK Driving Licence
- Willingness to undergo a Basic DBS check (arranged by Bromford)
- Right to work in the UK
- Original copies of qualifications will be required
