About The Role

The role offers a 40-hour weekly rota (including evenings and some weekends) with a basic salary of £29,000. There is also the opportunity to earn an additional quarterly bonus of up to £2,000 — giving you the potential to achieve earnings of up to £37,000 per year.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out accurate home surveys for kitchens and bedrooms, capturing all required measurements and technical details
  • Record survey information electronically in line with GDPR requirements
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through expert advice, clear communication, and high-quality surveys
  • Play a key role in reducing errors, improving efficiency, and ensuring customers receive a seamless installation experience

About You

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage workloads and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to build great relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Driven, analytical, and a proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Strong IT skills with the confidence to quickly learn and use new software and technology

Successful applicants will be required to complete a basic DBS check from the Disclosure & Barring Service before employment is confirmed. A criminal record will not automatically prevent employment, as each application will be considered on an individual basis.

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

  • Experience carrying out home surveys or measuring appointments
  • Experience using CAD or planner software
  • Good understanding of kitchen installation requirements and relevant legislation
  • Experience reviewing designs and identifying potential issues before installation
  • Previous experience working in the kitchen industry
