Morning Kitchen Cleaner
We are now recruiting for our 2026 season across various roles on our beautiful Lincolnshire based holiday park, join our large team of hospitality professionals today.

About The Role
We are looking for a Kitchen Cleaner to join our Food & Beverage team at Tattershall Lakes.
Behind every great meal is a kitchen that is clean, safe and ready for service. Our busy kitchens serve thousands of guests throughout the season, so maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards is essential. From deep cleaning equipment to keeping extraction systems and high-level areas spotless, you'll play a key role in ensuring our kitchens remain compliant, safe and operating at their best.
A can-do attitude, excellent attention to detail and pride in your work are essential. This role involves working around kitchen operations, often during quieter trading periods or early mornings, to ensure everything is ready for the day ahead.
What You Will Be Doing
As a member of the Kitchen Cleaning team, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our commercial kitchens. From deep cleaning equipment, emptying and cleaning fryers, and maintaining extraction systems to carrying out high-level cleaning and scheduled deep cleans, you'll help ensure our kitchens remain safe, compliant and ready for service every day.

Skills, Experience, And Qualities You Will Need
No experience needed, we will train you up! But it would be nice if you:
- Relish the fast pace of a busy environment
- Be someone who does things without needing to be asked
- Have a real attention to detail with high standards
- Be a people person; easy to talk to and never happy until your guests are
- Have experience of working in a team

Nice To Have But Not Essential
It would be great if you tick some of these boxes too (but we will not hold it against you if you don’t).
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen cleaning or stewarding role
- Experience using commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Knowledge of food hygiene, COSHH or health & safety procedures
- Holiday park or hospitality experience
