Kitchen Fitter – Permanent Full-Time

Location

  • Region: UK – London

  • Hours: Monday to Friday – 07:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Role Summary

Provide a high-quality, customer-focused service delivering kitchen installation, refurbishment, and maintenance works across various properties in the London Borough of Hounslow.

Responsibilities

  • Installing and fitting complete kitchen units, worktops, cabinets, sinks, and fixtures to a high standard.
  • Carrying out kitchen refurbishments and replacements in occupied and void properties.
  • Undertaking wall and floor tiling for kitchen projects.
  • Completing plastering/patch repairs on walls and ceilings before/after installations.
  • Installing/repairing vinyl, laminate, and safety flooring.
  • Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials accurately for quality finish.
  • Performing minor carpentry/joinery work linked to installations.
  • Liaising professionally with residents and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Identifying/reporting additional repairs or maintenance needs discovered during works.
  • Maintaining tools, equipment, and company vehicles safely.
  • Completing job sheets/reports with accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Achieving productivity targets while maintaining high workmanship standards.
  • Collaborating with trades, contractors, and colleagues for smooth project delivery.
  • Keeping work areas clean, safe, and tidy post-project.

Requirements

Full UK driving licence (manual) required.
