We have an opportunity for a Kitchen Fitter to provide a high-quality, customer-focused service, delivering a range of kitchen installation, refurbishment, and maintenance works across properties in Croydon and Mitcham.
The role will involve fitting and installing kitchens to a high standard, including associated tiling, plastering, flooring, and finishing works. This position will cover a variety of residential properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with excellent customer satisfaction standards.

Responsibilities
- Carrying out kitchen rip-out and removal works, preparing properties for new installations.
- Installing complete kitchens, including units, cabinets, worktops, sinks, and associated fixtures to a high standard.
- Completing kitchen refurbishment works in occupied and void properties, including fitting lino/vinyl flooring and wall tiling above worktops.
- Undertaking minor plastering, patch repairs, carpentry, and making good works as required.
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials accurately to achieve a quality finish.
- Liaising professionally with residents and ensuring excellent customer service throughout all works.
- Maintaining safe, clean, and tidy working areas while complying with health and safety procedures.
- Completing job sheets and recording works accurately using company systems.

Requirements
- Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card or NVQ/City & Guilds
- Asbestos Awareness, ITAP or UKATA
