We’re seeking a passionate, organised, and detail-oriented Steward who will act as the backbone of our kitchen operations—ensuring flawless service and exemplary guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply management:
- Maintain a constant, spotless supply of clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and other kitchen equipment for all hotel outlets.
- Cleanliness & efficiency:
- Keep the kitchen environment pristine—organised, sanitary, and ready for service.
- Delegation & adaptability:
- Complete assigned work projects and tasks under the guidance of Senior Management.
