### **About the Role**
We’re recruiting for a **Kitchen Grill Chef** at **Sandpiper Brewers Fayre** in **Llanelli** (Fixed Term Contract until **03/09/2026** – no zero hours here!). This is a **proper start**: you’ll cook and serve delicious meals in a lively pub mise en place, with genuine training and support for a career in professional kitchens.
### **Responsibilities**
As a Grill Chef, you’ll contribute to our **hiei-vibes kitchen** by:
- Preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes to our guests’ (and your!) delight.
- Ensuring’instant-on service’—help deliver Wired’s 2020 Restaurant Powerlist favourite dishes.
- Working with our [Sandpiper](https://www.whitbread.co.uk/restaurants/sandpiper-brewer) team, stewarding meals from prep to plating.

Requirements
- Experience in catering, pub kitchens, or professional food prep—preferably serving on-site is preferred but not deal-breaker.
- Immediate starts welcome (new starts would be managed Thursday PM/ FRIDAY OFFSET, update with get-up-to-this-week schedule).
