The Role: Kitchen Leader
As a Kitchen Leader at Pret a Manger, you’ll:
- Play a key role in ensuring delicious, high-quality food aligns with our standards
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver excellence daily
- Act as a role model—embodying Pret’s core values
- Create a safe, clean, compliant kitchen environment
- Monitor stock levels and manage administrative tasks with precision
- Collaborate with Managers to:
- Oversee shift performance
- Resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure every customer enjoys fresh, satisfying meals
