The Role: Kitchen Leader

As a Kitchen Leader at Pret a Manger, you’ll:

  • Play a key role in ensuring delicious, high-quality food aligns with our standards
  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver excellence daily
  • Act as a role model—embodying Pret’s core values
  • Create a safe, clean, compliant kitchen environment
  • Monitor stock levels and manage administrative tasks with precision
  • Collaborate with Managers to:
    • Oversee shift performance
    • Resolve issues efficiently
    • Ensure every customer enjoys fresh, satisfying meals
