Kitchen Leader - Hackney Central
Kitchen Leader – Full-Time (35 Hours Per Week)
Location: Pret Hackney, 1-3 Amhurst Road, London E8 1JB GBR

About the Role
As a Kitchen Leader at Pret a Manger, you’ll:
- Ensure consistent, high-standard food preparation—leading by example and maintaining Pret’s reputation for delicious, fresh quality.
- Lead and inspire your team—cementing Pret’s "Happy Teams, Happy Customers" and "Never Standing Still" values through positive energy and great work.
- Act as a role model—embodying Pret’s values while fostering trust, safety, and ambition among your team.
- Maintain a clean, compliant kitchen—spot-checking standards, stock levels, and environmental compliance.
- Support front-of-house—working closely with Managers to keep operations smooth, resolve challenges promptly, and ensure smooth customer service.
- Complete administrative tasks—managing accounts accur Azerbaijan to support profitability, stock control, and postal deliveries.

- Hourly rate: £15.35 (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus)
- Early shifts paid premium: Earn an extra £5/hour for shifts starting 3-5 AM
