About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, hardworking Kitchen Leader to join our team in Stratford (Westfield), where you will lead and support the kitchen team daily.

Hours & Compensation

  • 30 hours per week (working any 5 days within a 7-day period)
  • Hourly rate: £15.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen and back-of-house team to operational success
  • Place orders and effectively manage stock
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to support training and development
  • Ensure strict adherence to company procedures, food safety standards, and policies
  • Drive high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Leader or Team Leader
  • Excellent management skills
  • Team player, self-motivated, and leads by example
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Passion for the Hospitality sector
