The Role: Kitchen Leader
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent, high-standard food preparation, meeting Pret’s deliciousness and hygiene benchmarks daily.
- Lead and inspire your team with confidence and positivity, embedding our core values.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant kitchen environment at all times.
- Work with precision—stock management, order accuracy, and administrative tasks to keep operations seamless.
- Collaborate with shop Managers to oversee shift performance, troubleshoot issues, and guarantee a fresh, customer-focused experience.
- Be the embodiment of our values—kindness, passion, and joy—to make every Pret visit exceptional.

Where it helps:
- Previous experience in hospitality, fast-paced kitchens, or leadership, though not essential if you have passion, drive, and a can-do attitude.
- Strong time-management and detail-oriented nature for accuracy in food prep and admin.
