Pay Rate: £40,000 per year + bonus of up to £7,000 annually
Job Type: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)
Location: London
Schedule: Mainly Monday–Friday daytime hours, with one evening per week and occasional weekend availability
About the Role
We are looking for Kitchen Managers to join atis and help us on our mission to create a food company that is different from any other healthy food concept in town.

- At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role in a professional kitchen, ideally fast-paced and high-volume. Although it is more important to have the right attitude and get stuck in fast!
- You bring positive energy - the kind that sets the tone for the whole kitchen, inspires your team and creates a culture people want to be part of
- You show up - for your team, your guests and the business, leading from the front and going beyond when it matters
- You obsess over quality - in every dish, every process and every standard, ensuring kitchen protocols are followed meticulously
- You’re driven and excited by fast pace and constant improvement - you identify problems quickly, devise solutions under pressure and never stop raising the bar
- You communicate clearly, openly, directly, and always with kindness. You take accountability and hold your team to the same standard - we have no time for blame culture
- Patient, understanding and passionate about developing the leaders around you
