Kitchen Manager – Miller & Carter, Banbury

Responsibilities
As Kitchen Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Get help with your application

- Inspiring your team to deliver consistently high-quality food, ensuring every dish is worthy of pride.
- Driving sales and guest satisfaction by reaching and exceeding performance targets with your team.
- Kitchen Management including:
- Food ordering
- Food preparation
- Stock control
- Ensuring adherence to a branded menu built on excellence.
- Overseeing compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
