Kitchen Manager – Revolucion De Cuba

Salary: £38,000 + Uncapped Bonus Scheme & Tronc

Location: Newcastle (remote working may apply for key roles)

We’re looking for an energetic, inspiring, and people-focused Kitchen Manager to join La Familia at Revolucion De Cuba!

Who We Are

Revolucion de Cuba is more than just a venue—since 2011, we’ve been crafting a unique, lively experience unlike any other. Our vibrant atmosphere bursts with great food, premium drinks, live music, and a celebratory spirit that keeps guests dancing well into the night.

Inspired by the backstreet bars of Havana, we blend Spanish, Mexican, and South American flavours into a one-of-a-kind fusion. This place is a haven for the Rum-loving, the Latin-flavour enthusiasts, and the all-night fiesta-lovers.

We operate by the "Cuban Code"—four core values that define our culture and mindset:

  • Take Pride in Presentation
  • We’re Welcoming & Hospitable
  • We Challenge Ourselves
  • Most importantly, we let go and have fun!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
