Job Description

Physical Role

  • As required to put deliveries away when they arrive, checking off with the invoices to ensure everything is correct.
  • Complying with hygiene regulations.
  • Washing down equipment in the kitchen in line with H&S requirements.
  • Washing floors daily and as and when required.
  • Washing heavy equipment used by production staff.
  • Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy at all times in line with H&S requirements.
  • Able to use floor washing machines on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Up to date Food Hygiene certificate required.
  • Experience Of NHS Preferred.
  • Experience in same or similar role preferred.
  • Small amount of food preparation part of role.
  • Small amount of cooking as part of role.
