Join White Rabbit Hospitality as a Kitchen Porter - The Heartbeat of Our Kitchen at Graduate Cambridge

Every great plate that leaves our kitchen starts with you. If you take pride in a spotless section, thrive at pace and want to be the reason service runs like clockwork, we want to hear from you.

White Rabbit Hospitality, is a group with a bold vision: to be the world's leading hospitality incubator. That means we don't just fill shifts, we build careers. As a Kitchen Porter here, you are stepping into a kitchen where your work is seen, valued and set up to grow into something bigger.

This isn't a role where you are hidden away and forgotten. Our chefs know that a clean, organised and well stocked kitchen is the foundation of everything they create, and they treat the people who make that happen as part of the team, not the background to it.

We are looking for someone who lives our values every day. Whether it is keeping standards high because we pursue excellence, looking after your teammates because hospitality is at our core, doing the job properly even when no one is watching because we do the right thing, or spotting a better way to run your section because we are all entrepreneurs, you will fit right in.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
