- Supporting the kitchen team in upholding food hygiene best practices
- Managing the wash-up and cleaning area to ensure efficiency and tidiness
- Overseeing the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workspaces
- Assisting with basic food preparation and general duties as directed by the team
- Following the cleaning schedule, ensuring kitchen operations run smoothly at all times
- Working closely with team members and guests to reflect exceptional customer service and courtesy
- Maintaining a fast-moving, professional atmosphere while keeping up with company standards
Requirements
- Must be hardworking, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a dynamic hospitality environment
- Commitment to a positive attitude and collaboration with the kitchen team
- Ability to maintain personal presentation and professional standards)
- Flexibility in work hours and duties is essential
