Rate of pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 06.30–07.00 / 14.30–15.00 (Mon-Fri) | 37.5 hours per week | Term Time Only

About the Role
You will provide a friendly catering service across all levels of the school, performing manual tasks related to food production and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver catering and hospitality services across schoolsite locations.
- Manage goods receipt and stock rotation for deliveries.
- Maintain kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean, tidy state.
- Offer a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers.
- Ensure prompt, quality service that exceeds expectations.
- Remain visibly customer-facing during lunchtime service, approachable, and proactive in fulfilling client needs.
- Assist with general kitchen porter duties as required.
- Display a helpful attitude, accurate knowledge of menu items, and ensure counters are stocked and clean.
- Foster a respectful work environment, treating colleagues with professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver smooth service.
- Complete food safety, health and safety, and environmental training.
- Adhere to scheduled unit cleaning schedules.

Requirements
- Full clean driving licence and at least 2 years’ experience (if driving).
- Strong health and safety knowledge.
- Experience working with food or food stores.
- Flexible attitude, customer-focused, with a can-do mindset.
- Fun and energetic personality.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork ethic and appreciation for collaborative success.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
