Location: Potters Resorts - Five Lakes, Colchester Road, Tolleshunt Knights, Maldon, CM9 8HX, Essex, UK
Type: Full-time

About the Kitchen Porter Role:
- Ensure that cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are kept clean and hygienic at all times
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role
- To work efficiently and to keep within time frames
- Ensure bins are used for the correct waste, supporting recycling and promoting good waste management
- Working safely by following HACCP and Food Hygiene regulations
- To assist the chefs with essential food preparation as required, including peeling and chopping vegetables

Hours of work:
- This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week
- Straight shifts β no split shifts!
- Working a combination of the following shifts:
- 7.30am - 4.00pm
- 2.00pm - 10.30pm
- Working 5 days out of 7 which will include working weekends and bank holidays on a rotational basis.
