Kitchen Porter – Part-Time Role (30 Hours per Week) at Northern Ireland

About the Role

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Kitchen Porter to support the smooth running of our kitchen at Northern Ireland, working part-time (30 hours per week).

The Kitchen Porter will help maintain a high standard of customer care and cleanliness while progressing their career within a business that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and recognises exceptional contributions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the kitchen is always kept at the highest standard of cleanliness
  • Preparing fresh food efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Supplying chefs with everything they need to create quality dishes
  • Perfectly blending drinks and delivering high-quality food that delights customers
  • Embracing a dshful team player mentality
  • Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Adhering to Health & Safety regulations

Expected Location & Shift Pattern

  • The role is based in Northern Ireland.
  • Shift pattern typically involves working 5 out of 7 days.
