The Role: Kitchen Porter

£13.41 per hour

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be the linchpin of kitchen efficiency, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your contributions will directly enhance customer experiences and team workflows:

  • Dishwashing & Equipment Upkeep

    • Manually wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment—or operate industrial dishwashers.
    • Maintain spotless hygiene standards in alignment with food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Inventory & Logistics

    • Receive and organise deliveries, managing stock across the kitchen.
    • Offer assistance in storing and labelling supplies—helping keep operations frictionless.
  • Food Preparation Support

    • Assist kitchen staff with fundamental tasks: peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients.
    • Contribute to team efforts that bring exceptional meals to our guests.
