Kitchen Support Worker

Our Blend of Benefits

  • Salary: £13.45/hour (full-time) + shift allowance (3 days/week: £13.73/hour)
  • Holiday: 37 days (including 4 volunteer days)
  • Pension: 8.75% contribution (employer up to 11.25%, 14% total)

About the Role Every role is critical to maintaining our world-class operations. Join us by ensuring our kitchens run flawlessly with:

#### Core Responsibilities

  • Dishwashing & Cleanliness

    • Hand-wash all cutlery, pots, pans, or load/unload dishwashers
    • Oversee end-of-day kitchen clean down
    • Deep cleans equipment weekly per guidelines
  • Storage & Safety

    • Organise ingredients storage for ease of access
    • Maintain hygiene compliance (COSHH standards, PPE)
    • Ensure safe environment via regular cookware/surface cleaning
  • Delivery & Waste Management

    • Receive deliveries, verify accuracy, report discrepancies to head chef
    • Schedule deliveries to kitchen storage areas
    • Empty and recycle waste daily, adhering to company policy
  • Basic Food Prep Support

    • Support kitchen team in busy periods with simple prep tasks
