Ashton Gate Stadium is a unique sports and entertainment business with the core aim of providing integral support services to ensure the sustainability of Stephen Lansdown’s sporting group of companies which includes Bristol Sport, Bristol City, Bristol Bears, Bristol Flyers Basketball and each of their respective community charities.

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 per week

Pay: £13.52 per hour

Job Purpose

Fully support the Kitchen team in maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness standards in all the stadium Kitchens, including all equipment and store areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (KPIs)

  • Using the dishwashers and equipment provided ensure all cleaning jobs are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Collect and wash up pots and pans.
  • Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
  • Unload and put away food and equipment deliveries.
  • Keep the storeroom organised, clean and tidy ensuring stock rotation is fully covered.
  • Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
